Can i report a problem with my order after i receive it?
Once you have received your item, you will have 72 hours to report problems with the item via the my orders page. On this page, click "view details" for the relevant order. Then click on "report a problem" under the delivery steps. Vestiaire collective will investigate the problem and respond within a maximum of 7 days with a decision on the legitimacy of the problem. If your claim is validated by our team, we will refund you.
When will my sale be deposited to my bank or paypal account?
Vestiaire collective will issue commission payments to sellers on thursday after your item has been shipped from our warehouse to the buyer. In the case of a holiday in france, the payment will be made on friday. For payouts to a paypal account, the transfer will be made. The transfer should be got within 1 business day. For payments to a bank account, the transfer will be made on thursday after your item is shipped from our warehouse.
What is the delivery time?
The seller will be informed immediately about the execution of the sale and will receive a postal voucher. He or she must then send the items to vestiaire collective as soon as possible. You will be notified by email when we receive the items at our premises.
The seller has not shipped your package yet?
We will automatically remind the seller 7, 14 and 21 days after the purchase. If the item does not arrive within 30 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled.
