The majority of tickets sold by flightnetwork are non-refundable. This is due to the fact that they are very restrictive. The lower the price, the more restrictive the ticket and since flightnetwork offers the cheapest tickets, they are so restrictive in terms of refunds, cancellations and changes. If a ticket is refunded according to the fare rules of the airline, the whole refund process can take between 4 and 6 weeks. If a ticket is invalid and the refund amount has not been settled according to the airline's billing and settlement schedule, it may not appear as a transaction on your account. It will simply be declared invalid. If a ticket becomes invalid and the amount has been settled, the refund process may take approximately 3-5 business days.

Alternative payment methods vary by country and not all airlines accept all payment methods. It is also possible to purchase airline tickets in cash.
