What is your right of return?
Returns will be accepted if returned within 30 days of receipt (for local and international orders) against fv store credit. Only unwashed, unaltered clothing in the original packaging with the return label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Please indicate the new size/colour you wish to exchange on the return form when exchanging. If the desired item is not in stock, fashionvalet will have to transfer a credit to your account instead. If you wish to exchange an item for another one, fashionvalet will first refund your store credit and you can place a new order for the item. Beauty products, stationery, lingerie, swimwear, accessories (including jewellery, bags), headscarves (including innards), household and living products (including candles, diffusers) are excluded from exchange. Sales and transcription items are also excluded from exchange.
Will my package be subject to customs and import charges?
All taxes, levies and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. These charges vary widely from country to country, so we cannot provide a quote. Fashionvalet has no control over the charges levied and we cannot refund the amount in any way.
