I booked the flight was canceled by the airline. How do I get my money?
If the flight was canceled the reservation is made, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
We ask that you cancel your booking online first, following the steps
here
Once this is done, please send an email to
[email protected]
along with their ID travel and if you mention that your flight was canceled, we will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying the same with the airline.
How will I get my money back after a cancellation?
We credit the money to the same account that you used when booking. For example, if you use your credit card, we will make an appropriate investment burden. If you use your debit card, credit the money to your debit card.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Usually, we process the refund within 4 working days of cancellation. However, it may take a little longer to reflect on your statement depending on your bank. We have noticed that it takes about 14 business days to most reimbursements to hit their accounts.
What are the cancellation fees?
Short answer - it depends. Long answer - cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, booking class and time of cancellation. To find out what is applicable in your case, review the fare rules mentioned in the booking page when you are making your reservation (if not then you can always go back to your
account cleartrip
and check out the travel pages). Apart from the cancellation fees imposed by the airline, Cleartrip charges a cancellation fee of Rs 250 per passenger per sector.If cancellation is made through the attendance of executive customer, we will impose Rs. 500 per passenger per flight.
