DELIVERY INFORMATION
Charcoal.com.pk When you order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for the shipment of your order. You can choose your shipping method in the page order information during the payment process.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time of your order until the time it is delivered. Total delivery time decomposes in processing time and shipping time.
How I can track my order?
Once you shipped you will receive a tracking number via email for your order! You just need to blow this issue on the link provided to track the progress of the package to you. It may take a couple of hours, sometimes 24 hours to display any date information that is common to eParcels. Any questions about your tracking is not updated after three business days, just let us know!
How to return
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer - no credit or refund or add the cost of return postage.
We do not accept any parcels requiring payment of pick-up, and these will be rejected. Shipping sure is fully prepaid or contact us for assistance.
Place your items you\'re returning to the plot and seal it safely!
Take the package to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracking service for safety.
Once you\'re return has been delivered and processed by our returns department, we will issue your refund option chosen.
When my order be sent?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before AEST 10am. Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day. For our international girls, we\'ll be getting orders out the door within 24 hours!
MI item is faulty / incorrect, WHAT DO I DO?

I need an element of my order
First make sure the article is not lost between the envelope or trapped inside the plot. Smaller items such as accessories and cosmetics are generally wrapped in bubble wrap or boxes among other items of clothing or shoes inside your package. If you have no luck here do not stress! Just get in touch with our customer service team by email.
